although i was utterly ineffective in ab, there were some good moments in wsg...

once i actually ran the flag back and got a cap. man, being prot is actually kinda cool for pvp. generally i don't get to kill anything, but i can act as a tank of sorts... rushing in and wasting unsuspecting players' time as they try and whittle me down. improved shield bash is awesome cuz i can silence damn mages running around aoe'ing. 5s stun is also uber. oh and the rogues... i was really mean to one and popped shield wall, and then put up shield block and everything else... he was hitting me for 4-15. ^_^ but yeah, running the flag back and being able to take a beating is pretty awesome.

damn druids and wsg. they get to be uber flag carrying tanks if they want to or virtually snare immune cat rockets. plus heals, their own snares and moonfire. ok, so i threw in moonfire for no reason, but still.

another time we were on our last cap and i noticed no one was at our base, so i went and hid in the little cubby by the flag. sure enough, some pally came by to snatch the flag and my uber tanking skills delayed him for like a minute until finally a hunter showed up and we finished him off ftw. seriously though, staying alive for more than 5 seconds is awesome. my priest gets no such love. -_-

well, so i wanted to add the labels list thingy to the side bar and to do that i needed to upgrade the template to the latest and greatest. in so doing the old changes to the blog template were lost, however i tried to put them back as best i could.

if anything's missing, go ahead and add it back or lemme know. you can look at the old template in the template tab i think.

in other news, i have enuf g for my mount! now i just need to pvp for some tokens. think ima get a red horse. gyohoho

Yes ... I now have Nightfall AND Backlash which means 4% chance for an insta shadow bolt on a Drain Life or Corruption tick and a 25% chance insta shadow bolt on getting hit by the enemy. I had some great encounters against allies trying to killing me and having backlash and nightfall proc at the same time. This lead to a huge chain of insta cast nastiness: Conflagrate + Nightfall Shadow Bolt + Backlash Shadow Bolt + Shadowburn + Death Coil ... they never knew what hit em ...

Though I did at one point receive a "Cinco" in AP Spanish, that was a long time ago, and my vocab never included stuff like "Aguante" (Stamina) and "Escarcha" (Frost¿). I suppose I'll have to wait til I get back to properly check y'all out.

BTW, I'm about a half hour outside of Machu Piichu, and not only is the internet cafe I'm using to write this ALSO a Chifa (Chinese Restaurant), but they have Vista on every machine. Just weird.

so last nite i made my first voyage to bf with meef... and tanked for the first time ^^;;


so yeah, things were going fine... until mutant jellyfish man... broggok is he? blegh. shoulda read up on the encounters more. first time we wiped on the last group of guys... restarted... then we got a group and 2 guys bugged out!!! we couldn't target them! it was utter crap. we figured it might have been because the shaman dropped his totems too close to the unopened gate... poop.

so we wipe a little more, the mage logs -- but to get his 67 priest! so now we're running with 2 shadow priests... and... we wipe again. -_- i woulda quit earlier except the perseverance of the group was refreshing. finally, on our second attempt with the higher lvl priest, we downed the bastard... and got a gun... poooo

well, thankfully after that cockblock we were able to finish the zone off

Ningen: After you take 5000 steps with the egg in your backpack, it will hatch into a Togepi.

Detridinn: wtf ppl im serious what am i suppose to do

Raheven: Its actually a Netherdrake egg... These things are worth like 3000g on the AHs of some servers...

Ningen: Once you have Togepi, you just have to use it regularly in fights. Once it becomes content with its trainer, it will evolve into Togetic!

Hit 70 on Sunday after some crazy questing, but I was too lazy to post until now. I also picked up my epic riding mount; I felt like the only level 70 without one, so I felt like I had to get one. Of course, now I'm the only lv 70 without a flying mount, so I'll be saving my pennies for that now... sigh.

I also did a total revamp of my UI and addons. Cut my memory usage down by almost half, and it looks pretty slick. I'll add some screenshots when I get home.

So... Meef and Dwight still both need a Ramparts run. You guys wanna set something up for tonight or maybe Sunday? I'll probably be massively hungover Sunday, so an instance 10 levels below me will be about my speed.

NOTE: Also I was bored at work so I put labels on the last 50 posts of our blog or so. Yeah...

I haven't played a whole lot, but I did get my epic 60 mount, (kodos ftw!) and am now a hair away from 63. I know Bendyr has been leveling like crazy and is probably already 70 or some crap now, but yeah, what's up, BBQ?
