Ugh I hate the Evade Bug. There's this quest where you have to kill like 4 mobs at the same time in Shadowmoon Valley in this big open space, so I thought me and this Priest would be smart and we parked the Priest on top of a big rock to heal me while I carved them up. This worked well until I killed the first mob, when I found that the healing had caused the other three mobs to agg the priest, and were now evading me, but couldn't hit the priest. By the time we figured it out, even the priest's fade couldn't dump all the aggro, and there was no way for me to get aggro back. So the priest drops down onto the ground, and gets clobbered through her shield before I can get any of the aggro back, and then they turn around and kill me. Ugh.
"So he priest drops down onto the ground, and gets clobbered through her shield before I can get any of the aggro back, and then they turn around and kill me." terrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrible! evade bug ftl. there's some weird evading orcs in the nagrand orc ancentral grounds or whatever. might be warriors only though... at any rate, if you charge some of the mobs, you gain rage, but you don't actually move to the mob and you are put out of combat with an evade message. ... then if you actually walk up to the orc spirits they aggro you and act normal -_-
oh, and those stupid workers in the baa'ri ruins or whatever it's called. like half of them evade! was frustrating when i was collecting those damn tablets
The Evade Bug is terrible. I've had it where Prometheus is attacking a mob, which then vanishes, evades me, but then causes Prometheus to not only take damage from the evading mob, but also to chase around it's patrolling ghost to draw aggro from surrounding mobs.
I mean, I can always FD/frost trap/scattershot/scarebeast/
warstomp/wingclip but still, very annoying.
